The Problem:
The client required material from their three run-off dams to be dredged and dewatered for routine maintenance. The client was unsure of the sludge quantity within the dams and thus desired a robust solution that would cater for extra capacity if required.
What We Did:
Dredging Solutions removed substantial amount of sediment from the run-off dams using the manned Rotomite 6000 auger suction dredge. The dewatering area was chosen such that it's in proximity to the three dams and thus was able to service all three areas with the use of manifold.
The Results:
The dredging and dewatering campaign restored the run off dams back to maximum holding capacity.
